STOLEN MOPED SEIZED

Your local officers have been made aware of ongoing issues at Farnworth and Great Lever Golf Course involving the use of road bikes and other motorcycles.

PC Morris and PC Chadwick have been patrolling the area today and located a moped abandoned in bushes near the 5th hole of the golf course. Officers checked the chassis number, which confirmed the moped was reported stolen. The vehicle has now been recovered.

As the evenings become lighter, your local officers will continue to patrol problem areas and respond to reports of anti-social behaviour.
